Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using the Napwell app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Napwell.
Description of service
Napwell is a baby sleep and feeding tracking application that helps parents and caregivers log, visualize, and understand their baby's patterns. Features include sleep event logging, feeding tracking, wake window predictions, growth records, and AI-powered insights.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Napwell. The app is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers of infants and toddlers.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that anyone you invite to your family group using your invite code is a trusted caregiver
- Keeping your contact information accurate
You may not share your account credentials with others. Each caregiver should create their own account and join your family using the invite code.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Share your invite code publicly in a way that could allow unauthorized access to your family's data
Not medical advice
Napwell is an informational tool only. The sleep predictions, wake window suggestions, and AI insights provided by Napwell are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your baby's health, development, sleep, and feeding. If you have concerns about your baby's health, contact a medical professional immediately.
Your data
You own the data you enter into Napwell. We do not claim any ownership over your baby's tracking data. You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature in Settings, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
By using Napwell, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the app's features as described in our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Napwell offers optional paid features including Napwell Pro (one-time purchase) and AI Insights (monthly subscription). Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the App Store or Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not process refunds directly — please contact Apple or Google for refund requests.
Availability and changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Napwell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napwell and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from reliance on app predictions or AI insights.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in Settings or by contacting us at napwellapp@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
